From noon, the room changes gear. Boss Burgers serves crisp-edged smash burgers and family-friendly meals, while Alaskan Ice handles the cookie doughs, cakes and thick shakes. Lunch runs 12pm–4pm, then both return for dinner from 5pm–9pm.
